CABLE ENTER

Feeder cable connect with internal part by 2 types of cable ports:

Cable Glands*2: lP68 plastic waterproof PG glands, diameter: 8-17.5mm. Special wrench tool for this big port

Uncut ports/Mid Span Port: Cable go through the box without cut, diameter: 10-17.5mm oval ports

CABLE EXIT

16/24/32pcs FTTH drop cable ports with special unique design, all is lP68 waterproof seal

3types of diameter can be choose: 2mm, 4mm, 7mm

Each type of outports have outlets, all use the same types of tool to open and close

BOX STRUCTURE

GCABLING waterproof splice distribution box max. can fusion splice 96cores,16 / 24 / 32 pcs SC adapters, and speical design for mini module PLC splitter 1X16,1X8, 1X4, 1X2.

Unique design, large winding area, reasonable bend radius and cable managment tools and clamps.

ADAPTER PLATE

4rows of adapter holders, each 6pcs SC simplex adapter with flange, can fix with screws.

4pcs splice trays for fusion 96cores max.

One slot to hold 1X8 steel tube plc splitter

Tray can be turn up and with fiber manager

CABLE WINDING

Large area to story fiber cable to keep bending radius 40mm to support all fiber cable G652D, G657A1, G657A2, G657B3 etc.

Metal holder: Big metal holder for cable routing, winding and management to the splice trays.

Plastic holder: The plastic cable guider at both sides of the tray to protect the fiber in good condition and in place.

Cable winding ring: Stainless steel metal sheets for cable entry, fix with metal clamps

SPLITTER DISTRIBUTION

It is with special slot for compacted fiber PLC splitter for FTTH Passive Network cabling. Max.can install 3pcs 1X8 blockless splitters, pigtail colored

Outputs of PLC splitter

If outputs are with connectors,max. install 3pcs1X8 blockless splitters, output connector will be fixed on brackets(total 24pcs SC simplex coupler holes).

Inputs of PLC Splitter

If input with connectors, will put in tray before delivery; If input without connectors, it will be for fusion, the fiber end will be put in the tray fusion slots

LOCK SYSTEM

Box is totally enclosed with 4xbuckles+2 steel rods when delivery

Because of the strong sealing performance and high strength, the four wrenches can only be opened with a screwdriver, but they can’t be opened manually

The 2 screws need to be opened with Allen key
